Transnational education
Schiller is unique in that it gives students the opportunity to transfer from one campus to another, from one country to another, remaining in the same university without a loss of time or credit.
English as the unique language of instruction
All our classes are taught in English to make sure our students gain a major competitive advantage, by mastering the language of business “par excellence”, by the time they finish their studies.
Non-native speakers are required to take an English exam before admission.
However, we do offer English support classes for those who may need them.
Multicultural environment
As an independent international and American university in Paris, we offer our students a multicultural faculty and environment that encourage diversity, leadership and global understanding.
In addition, Schiller’s student body is represented by over 100 nations, making all our campuses as international and dynamic as they could be.
Studying in such a global environment is a unique experience for our students, being inspiring and stimulating at the same time.
Small campus by design
SIU Paris campus is small in size but big in cultural diversity, which makes it so human and unique.
Personalized attention given to students
The small size of all our classes (less than 20 students) allows maximum attention to the needs of the individual student. The latter can always count on the availability of our faculty for advice and help.
At SIU, each student is known by his or her first name.
We also promote discussion and interaction between professor and student as a way to boost education quality.
Furthermore, the friendly atmosphere found at each one of our campuses helps students in adjusting to a different country and culture and, for some, to a new language.
Comprehensive academic guidance and support service
Our helpful staff will provide students with assistance with practical matters such as housing, as well as with academic issues (course selection, work placement, career opportunities, etc.).
Flexible intake
International students often go through very different education systems according to their backgrounds.
Strong alumni body
Students will have the opportunity to join an international network of over 20,000 alumni from over 130 countries, to enhance their job search and career development.
Accredited diplomas
Students leave our university with diplomas that are accredited on both sides of the Atlantic. Schiller International University is accredited by the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools (ACICS) to award Associate, Bachelor and Master Degrees.
ACICS (www.acics.org) is a national accreditor of private academic institutions and is recognized by the US Department of Education as well as the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (www.chea.org).
